BackgroundPro creates custom, professional virtual call backgrounds based on your company logo. Each order includes:

  1. You select a package and complete payment via Stripe (our payment processor).
  2. You receive login credentials for your private customer portal via email.
  3. You upload your company logo through the portal.
  4. We generate your custom background(s) and deliver them to your portal.
  5. You preview, download, and optionally request revisions within your portal.

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers. Prices are in US Dollars (USD) and include all applicable fees. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

6. Refund Policy

Because our products are custom-made digital goods created specifically for each customer, all sales are generally final.

We will issue a full refund only if:

Once your Digital Products have been delivered to your customer portal, the order is considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that custom digital products are exempt from general return policies.

To request a refund under the qualifying conditions above, contact us at ashley@backgroundpro.com with your order email and a description of the issue.

7. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revisions (see Section 3). Revision requests must be submitted through the customer portal within 30 days of your first delivery. After the 30-day revision window closes or all revisions are used, no further changes will be made.

Revisions cover adjustments to the background design (colors, style, layout). Logo changes are not included as part of a revision.

8. File Availability & Expiration

Your completed backgrounds are available for download in your customer portal for 60 days from the date of the last delivery. After this period, files are permanently deleted from our servers. It is your responsibility to download your files before they expire. We will send a reminder email before expiration.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon delivery, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered backgrounds for your personal or business purposes, including but not limited to video calls, presentations, and marketing materials.

You retain all rights to your logo and brand assets. We do not claim ownership of any materials you provide.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to submit content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MW Marketing Partners LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the backgrounds will achieve any specific result in your video calls, as performance depends on your camera quality, lighting conditions, and video conferencing platform.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
